1. Introduction
Welcome to Antica Design. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information
- All products are imitation jewelry.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, and
manufacturing differences.
- Such variations shall not be considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept prepaid orders only.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped via DTDC and Professional Couriers.
- Dispatch time: 2–4 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on courier performance and location.
- Antica Design is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen
circumstances.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

5.1 Return Window
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

5.2 Valid Cases
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered

5.3 Mandatory Proof
- An unboxing video is compulsory.
- The video must clearly show sealed packaging and product condition.
- Claims without unboxing video will be rejected.

5.4 Non-Eligible Cases
- No returns for personal preference (e.g., dislike, color variation, expectation mismatch).
- Products showing signs of usage will not be accepted.

6. Reverse Shipping
- Customers must repack items securely in original packaging.
- Damage due to poor packaging during return will result in rejection.
- Reverse shipping cost will be borne by:
- Antica Design (only for verified damaged/wrong product cases)
- Customer (in all other cases)

7. Refunds & Replacements
- Products will be inspected upon return.
- Approved cases will receive:

- Replacement (subject to availability), or
- Refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Pre-dispatch cancellations are subject to approval.

9. Fraud & Misuse Protection
- Antica Design reserves the right to reject claims in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent
activity.
- Repeated abuse of return policy may result in refusal of future orders.

10. Limitation of Liability
- Liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.
- Antica Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content belong to Antica Design.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

12. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian law.
- Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Updates

- Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
