• Avoid contact with sweat, water, perfumes,harsh chemicals and cosmetics.
• Remove before sleeping, exercising, cooking, bathing, or swimming.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
• Store in a dry, airtight box; avoid velvet or cloth storage.
• Keep each piece separately to prevent scratches and damage.
• Do not apply nail polish or any chemical coatings.
• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Method 1: Measure Your Hand

• Bring your fingers together and tuck your thumb inside your palm.
• Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your hand (knuckles).
• Note the circumference in inches.

Method 2: Measure the Inner Diameter of an Existing Bangle

• Take a bangle that fits you well.
• Place it on a flat surface. 
• Use a ruler or scale to measure straight across the inside of the bangle.
• Measure from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.
• Note this measurement in inches. This is the inner diameter of the bangle.
